REFUND POLICY

At Artisian Aura, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and shipping every product.

Due to the handmade, personal, and often customized nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered except in specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

By placing an order with Artisian Aura, you agree to this Refund Policy.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product was shipped by Artisian Aura
  • Product is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner
  • An order cannot be fulfilled by Artisian Aura after payment has been accepted

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Artisian Aura.

SECTION 3 – REPORTING AN ISSUE

Customers must report any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To submit a request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fragrance preference
  • Color preference
  • Handmade variations
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier services
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Wedding favors
  • Event favors
  • Corporate gifting orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards (if offered)

SECTION 5 – HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All Artisian Aura products are handcrafted.

Minor variations in:

  • Color
  • Shape
  • Texture
  • Weight
  • Fragrance intensity
  • Decorative details
  • Packaging

are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.

Such variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

SECTION 6 – ALLERGY AND SKIN SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

Artisian Aura is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual responses to ingredients.

Complete ingredient information is provided wherever applicable.

Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns should carefully review ingredients and perform a patch test before use.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek professional medical advice.

Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities.

SECTION 7 – DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Products damaged during transit may qualify for:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

at the sole discretion of Artisian Aura.

Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Artisian Aura reserves the right to reject claims where evidence is insufficient or where damage appears unrelated to shipping.

SECTION 8 – INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our part, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Upon verification, Artisian Aura may:

  • Arrange replacement
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund

depending on the circumstances.

SECTION 9 – LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, Artisian Aura may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund

depending on product availability and order circumstances.

SECTION 10 – REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days

Actual processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

SECTION 11 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account information for processing.

Refund timelines for COD orders may take up to 14 business days after approval.

SECTION 12 – RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS

Artisian Aura reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Are submitted outside the reporting period
  • Lack sufficient evidence
  • Involve misuse of products
  • Involve fraudulent claims
  • Violate our Terms of Service, Return Policy, or other policies
