SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW
This policy applies to all:
- Bulk Orders
- Corporate Gifting Orders
- Wedding Favors
- Event Favors
- Customized Orders
- Personalized Products
- Festival Gifting Orders
- Business Gifting Orders
- Large Quantity Purchases
By placing a bulk, corporate, or custom order with Artisian Aura, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
SECTION 2 – QUOTATIONS & PRICING
All quotations provided by Artisian Aura are based on the information available at the time of quotation.
Quotations may vary depending on:
- Product selection
- Quantity ordered
- Customization requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Fragrance selection
- Delivery location
- Shipping requirements
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
Artisian Aura reserves the right to revise quotations after expiration.
SECTION 3 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order shall be considered confirmed only after:
- Required information has been provided
- Design approvals have been completed
- Payment requirements have been fulfilled
- Written confirmation has been received from the customer
Production will not commence until all necessary approvals and payments have been received.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for:
- Bulk Orders
- Corporate Orders
- Wedding Orders
- Event Orders
- Customized Orders
- Personalized Orders
Full payment or the agreed advance payment must be received before production begins.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order.
SECTION 5 – CUSTOMIZATION APPROVAL
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details before production begins.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Names
- Spellings
- Messages
- Logos
- Brand artwork
- Product colors
- Fragrance selections
- Packaging designs
- Tag designs
- Label content
Once approval is provided and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Artisian Aura shall not be responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK & LOGOS
Customers providing logos, artwork, trademarks, brand names, or other intellectual property confirm that they have the legal right and authorization to use such materials.
Artisian Aura shall not be liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Artisian Aura harmless from any claims relating to such materials.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Production timelines vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Product type
- Level of customization
- Material availability
- Seasonal demand
- Operational capacity
Any production or delivery timeline provided by Artisian Aura is an estimate only.
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur.
Estimated timelines shall not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
SECTION 8 – HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
All Artisian Aura products are handcrafted in small batches.
Minor variations may occur in:
- Color
- Shape
- Texture
- Weight
- Fragrance intensity
- Decorative elements
- Packaging details
- Finishing details
Such variations are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.
No refunds, returns, replacements, or compensation shall be provided for such variations.
SECTION 9 – CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production, customization, packaging, or procurement of materials has commenced:
- Cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued.
- Quantities cannot be reduced.
Artisian Aura reserves the right to determine whether production has commenced.
SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO CONFIRMED ORDERS
After order confirmation, requests for changes may not be possible.
This includes changes to:
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Colors
- Fragrances
- Packaging
- Logos
- Names
- Delivery addresses
If changes are accepted, additional charges and revised timelines may apply.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Bulk and corporate orders may require additional processing and shipping time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs procedures
- Transportation disruptions
- Force majeure events
Artisian Aura shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
SECTION 12 – ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Recipient names
- Delivery addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
Artisian Aura shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Any reshipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
SECTION 13 – DAMAGE CLAIMS
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any claim regarding:
- Transit damage
- Missing products
- Incorrect products
must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims should include:
- Order number
- Photographs of the products
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted.
SECTION 14 – RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
Bulk, corporate, event, wedding, and customized orders are generally:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified transit damage or verified fulfillment errors made by Artisian Aura.
Any approved resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Store Credit
- Refund
at the sole discretion of Artisian Aura.
Artisian Aura will prioritize replacement or store credit wherever reasonably possible.
SECTION 15 – FORCE MAJEURE
Artisian Aura shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Power failures
- Supply chain shortages
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Artisian Aura’s liability for any bulk, corporate, or custom order shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected products.
Artisian Aura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from delays, variations, or fulfillment issues.
