All Artisian Aura products are handcrafted and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on:

Bulk order requirements

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Customized, personalized, corporate gifting, wedding favor, and bulk orders may require additional production time.

SECTION 2 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Artisian Aura ships worldwide.

International delivery timelines vary depending on:

Destination country

Customs clearance procedures

Local courier networks

Import regulations

Estimated delivery timelines generally range between 7–21 business days, although delays may occur beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are permitted for import into their destination country.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Package dimensions

Order value

Shipping method selected

Customers will be informed of applicable shipping charges before completing payment.

SECTION 5 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select serviceable Indian PIN codes.

Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

COD is not available for:

Customized orders

Personalized products

Corporate gifting orders

Wedding favors

Event orders

Bulk orders

International orders

Artisian Aura reserves the right to disable COD for any order at its discretion.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Deliveries are made by our courier partners during their standard operating hours.

A signature, OTP verification, or delivery confirmation may be required at the time of delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be accepted by a family member, colleague, neighbor, security personnel, or other authorized individual present at the delivery address.

Once delivery is completed and acknowledged, Artisian Aura shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.

SECTION 7 – INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Artisian Aura shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Any reshipping charges arising from incorrect addresses shall be borne by the customer.

SECTION 8 – TRACKING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Strikes
  • High order volumes
  • Courier partner delays

Artisian Aura shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 10 – DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, shortage, or transit-related issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the external packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

SECTION 11 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • International orders may be subject to:
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Local government fees

Such charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Artisian Aura has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

SECTION 12 – FORCE MAJEURE

Artisian Aura shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Power outages
  • Labor strikes
