Returns and Replacement Policy

SECTION 1 – OUR RETURN POLICY

At Artisian Aura, every product is handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fragrance preference
  • Color preference
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services
  • Handmade variations
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Corporate gifting orders
  • Wedding favors
  • Bulk orders

Returns are only considered for products that arrive damaged during transit.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

A replacement request may be approved only if:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The damage is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging are provided.
  • The product has not been used, altered, or disposed of.

Artisian Aura reserves the right to assess and verify all damage claims before approving a replacement.

SECTION 3 – DAMAGE REPORTING PROCESS

To report a damaged item, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

SECTION 4 – REPLACEMENT APPROVAL

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Artisian Aura may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product
  • Provide store credit
  • Offer another suitable resolution

The method of resolution will depend on product availability, order type, and the nature of the damage.

SECTION 5 – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Wedding favors
  • Event favors
  • Corporate gifting orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards (if offered).

Once production has commenced on customized or bulk orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.

SECTION 6 – HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All Artisian Aura products are handcrafted in small batches.

Minor variations in:

  • Color
  • Shape
  • Texture
  • Weight
  • Fragrance intensity
  • Decorative elements
  • Packaging details

are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.

Such variations do not qualify for replacement, refund, or return.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING DAMAGE

While we take great care in packaging our products, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible.

Artisian Aura reserves the right to reject claims that appear unrelated to transit damage.

SECTION 8 – REFUNDS

As a general policy, Artisian Aura does not offer refunds for successfully delivered products.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Artisian Aura.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

SECTION 9 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.Orders that have already been:

  • Dispatched
  • Customized
  • Personalized
  • Produced for bulk or corporate gifting cannot be cancelled.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customized, corporate, event, wedding, or bulk orders.
